Who we are

This notice is given by QATAYIFNA SDN. BHD. under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Our company details are at the end of this notice.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect your company name, your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, site location, daily headcount, shift pattern, the services you are interested in and any notes you add.

We also record the date and time of your request, the language you used and the page you sent it from. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits; it does not use cookies or collect your form details.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your request, discuss your needs and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Our email provider, which delivers your request to our sales inbox, and our hosting provider, which stores it. Both act on our instructions. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We delete your request 24 months after we last worked on it, unless it becomes a client contract, in which case contract records rules apply.

Your choices and rights

All fields except notes are needed to answer your request; without them we cannot reply.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, using the contact details at the end of this notice. We will reply within 21 days.
